Landing your dream job typically requires effective job search strategies. In this session, you will learn tried and tested methods to having an intentional and organized job search, being prepared, and staying realistic. You will be given tips and critical traps to avoid throughout the interview process from the perspective of a career recruiter and the successful candidate.

About Our Speaker:

“Nomi” Schmuckler, brings over 30 years of strategic HR leadership to organizations from diverse industries.  In her current role, she is focused on Talent Management as a VP at EagleBank. Her first love in HR was recruiting, and is happy to have that as a primary focus again. Nomi holds a master’s degree in human resources and maintains current with HR trends through her active involvement in SHRM Howard County. When relaxing Nomi is an avid reader and crafter (quilting, and knitting are favorites). Nomi is married, the mother of 2 adult children and one pup.
