About Our Speaker:
Steve Hansen is a National Practice Leader at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), Steven spearheads a dynamic team of HR technology consultants and project managers dedicated to guiding clients through every stage of their HR technology journey. With 18 years of experience at HR technology vendors and as an HR practitioner, he offers a comprehensive perspective that enhances our clients' HR and technology strategies.
Steven began his tenure at MMA as a Senior Consultant, where he provided strategic insights on how HR tech platforms can align with client objectives and their visions. In his current role, he oversees all national vendor partnerships, serves as an executive sponsor for key client projects, and drives innovation through the development of HR technology programs and enhanced service delivery models.
Residing in the Chicagoland area, Steven is also passionate about writing and producing music, performing at local festivals with his band, and a philosophy enthusiast.
